What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive what you chose to tell us: typically your name, phone number, email if you gave one, the suburbs involved, and whatever you wrote about the property and the move. If you used the Property Walk first, the layout you built is included in the message so the callback starts informed. Nothing on the site collects your details silently, if you didn't type it, we don't have it.
What we use it for
To respond to your enquiry: reading it, phoning or emailing you back, preparing your quote, and running the job if you book with us. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request, that's the plain mechanics of getting your move quoted and crewed, and it's the only sharing we do.
What we never do
- No selling or renting your details to marketers, ever
- No mailing lists you didn't ask for, an enquiry is not a subscription
- No collecting more than the enquiry needs
Spam protection
The enquiry form uses standard anti-spam measures (including Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled) to keep automated junk out. These checks look at the submission, not at you, and exist so a real person reads real enquiries.
Holding and removing your details
Enquiry details are kept while they're useful for handling your move and our records, and not circulated beyond that purpose. If you'd like what you sent us corrected or deleted, say so in a message through the form and we'll sort it.
