The Property Walk
What we do on foot before every big quote, done on screen in a minute.
Before we price an acreage move we walk the block: through the gate, up the drive, past the house to whatever else the truck has to serve. Lay yours out below. Every block you place is drawn on the sheet and lands in your quote, so when we call back the whole property is already on the table.

2 What else does the truck serve?
Tap everything that holds things you're taking. This is where acreage quotes are won or lost.

The two facts every local can answer without leaving the kitchen.

The read
This sizes a starting crew, it isn't a quote and it isn't a booking. Properties with real spread get a walk-through before we hold a number, and the only prices we charge are the three hourly rates on this site.
Pick the house size to start the sheet.
Why we ask about the carry, not the postcode
Two houses with the same floorplan can be completely different moves out here. One has the truck backed up to the garage door. The other has a gate the truck won't clear, a drive the truck shouldn't attempt after rain, and a workshop forty metres past the house. Same furniture, different day entirely.
The Property Walk asks the questions that actually set the crew: what buildings the truck has to serve and how far the carry runs. It's the same thinking laid out in our guide to quoting an acreage move, and the same walk we'll do with you on foot before a big one.
