Enquiries aren't bookings
Sending the form starts a conversation, nothing more. A move is only booked when we've talked it through, you've accepted the crew and rate, and we've confirmed the date with you. Equally, a quote conversation doesn't oblige you to book, compare us with anyone, we'll still be here.
The rates on this site
The three hourly rates published here, $250, $350 and $500 an hour by crew size, are the genuine working rates and the whole price list. What no page can tell you sight-unseen is the number of hours a specific property will take, that's what quoting is for. Hours estimates we give are honest estimates, not fixed-price contracts, and we tell you which way they could move and why.
The guides and the Property Walk
The guides and the Property Walk are general guidance built from how we work on this district's properties. They're for planning, not certification: the Property Walk suggests a starting crew, it doesn't survey your land, price your job, or replace the walk-through that big properties get before we hold a number. Decisions about your own property, gates, driveways, what a surface can bear, remain yours.
Images
Some images on this site are illustrative, stock or generated, showing the kind of work and country we do it in, not a specific past job or client's property.
Outside links
Where guides link to government or council resources, we link to help you plan. Those organisations' content is theirs, check the current version of anything that matters before acting on it.
Doing the right thing
We aim for every claim on this site to be plainly true. If you spot something out of date, wrong, or overpromising, tell us through the form, we'd rather fix a page than defend it.
