A house you've held for twenty years doesn't pack in a weekend, and pretending it will is how moving weeks turn miserable. We bring packing crews, proper cartons and a working order that starts at the least-used cupboard and ends at the kettle.

What we bring

  • Packing crews on the same hourly rates. The three rates on this site are the whole price list, packing days included. No separate packing tariff, no materials ambush.
  • Cartons and materials, supplied. Book cartons, port-a-robes, paper and tape delivered ahead of your pack, and we take the empties back after you land.
  • A sensible order. Storage rooms and china cabinets first, daily life last. You keep living in the house while it packs down around the edges.
  • Labelling that survives the truck. Every carton marked by room and building, house, shed or studio, so the unload puts things where they belong, not where the doorway was.

Pack with us, or pack yourself

Plenty of people pack themselves and just have us move it. That's a fine way to do it, and if that's you, we'll drop cartons and stay out of your way. Where a packing crew earns its keep is scale: four practised hands box a long-held kitchen in a morning that would take a household most of a week, and they wrap the breakables the way breakables deserve.

For the middle path, we pack the fragile and the awkward, china, artwork, the workshop wall, and you do the linen and the books. Most property moves land there.
